Thanks Eric! The good thing about writing children’s nonfiction is that the drafts tend to be short. But distilling a lot of information into a limited word-count is challenging! Luckily, I enjoy the challenge. Hope that your own writing endeavors are going well!
I've always wanted to make a high-quality Star Wars fan film, and one with my own characters. Heck, a couple of the names for my Arieon characters were derived from names I first came up with for fan films.
I love Jar Jar for all the wrong reasons. Though I wish George gave him a chance to actually prove himself in the third act instead of a series of happy accidents.
I feel compelled to write for the sake of the ideas that pop into my head... but if that was all, I'd definitely write much slower. 😆
It definitely sped me up when people finally read any of it and said, "Hey! This is actually pretty good! Now finish it."
Thanks for the mention! Looking forward to cheering you on next quarter as you make even more progress toward your goals!
Congratulations on finishing the sequel draft! That's amazing!
